Chocolate Strawberry Smoothee

When I woke up this morning I was feeling on the negative side.  You see I usually start every morning the exact same way, with the exact same Vanilla Berry Smoothee.  This was not an option for today however as we are running low on Shaklee 180 Vanilla Smoothee Mix and we want to be sure our son Jacob has enough Vanilla Mix for this coming weekend as he heads off to Hockey Provincials.  See he is very picky on his smoothee flavours we felt we need to be sure we have this available to him during such an important tournament and we don’t have enough time to get more ordered.

So today I stepped out of my comfort zone….I tried something new Eeek!  We have lots of Shaklee 180 Chocolate Smoothee Mix and so I decided to just give it w whirl.  Typically I am not a fan of the Chocolate mix as I love being able to mix up all different flavours with the Vanilla, but then I thought “Why not mix it up with chocolate?”.  So that is what I did and the end result was nothing less then extraordinary!

I actually feel guilty to be sitting here right now sipping on my new creation.  I feel as if I just walked out of DQ with a fat filled milkshake in hand.  I am drinking desert for breakfast!  Could this really be legal?  Yup totally legal, and TOTALLY HEALTHY!  I now have a new go to breakfast that is packed full of goodness.  Add that to my regular regimen of Shaklee Vitalizer, MindWorks (available in Canada April 1st), Vitamin D & Nutriferon and I truly have created the Breakfast of Champions!

Here’s how you can create your own delicious yet guilt free Chocolate Strawberry Smoothee:

First know my Smoothee Secret is a Magic Bullet, our family uses it each and every day allowing us to each mix up our own favorite recipe for breakfast.  Fast, Easy, Get on with the day fun!

Add the following to a large Magic Bullet Cup:

8 oz Skim Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
4 Medium Frozen Strawberries (we buy them at Costco)
2 Scoops Shaklee 180 Chocolate Smoothee Mix

Blend and Enjoy!
