These are all my personal favorite recipes with a few variations for a total of 17 smoothie recipes. Ready to print and laminate. All my recipes are under 400 calories, so they’re compatible with the Shaklee 180 plan for losing weight or toning up. Also, all recipes can be prepared with Vanilla Shaklee Life Shake Mix (new & improved version of the Shaklee 180 Shake Mix), which now comes in Soy or Non-Soy. Hope you enjoy them!
