After 3 Weeks on Cinch

Well I had hoped to do some day by day and week by week updates on my 12 Week Transformation with Shaklee’s Cinch products but let’s face it, time just disappears on us as busy moms!

However I wanted to give an update on my progress as I am super excited about it!  So here is the deal first off, I decided on January 1st that it was time to drop my last 15lbs of post baby weight.  What better time then now since Shaklee is doing an awesome offer for a 12 week Cinch Transformation!  So I decided I know it works since I did it before to get rid of baby weight from the first 3 kids but since I am having no more kids this time it will be gone FOR GOOD!

Now I am no All Star Dieter by any means!!  I am a cheater and I want to do things so they work in my life!!  That is what I love about Cinch; yes if I followed the entire program the inches and weight would likely come off even faster but I am quit happy with the little slower loss that fits in my world.  So here is what I am doing:

  • I start each day off with a glass of hot Cinch Pomegranate Energy Tea
  • Replace breakfast every morning with a Cinch Shake (I choose vanilla or chocolate but they also offer strawberry & Cafe Late) mixed with Skim milk and sometimes frozen fruit or instant coffee from my freezer depending on the flavor I want that day.
  • Some days I replace lunch with either another shake or a Blueberry Almond Meal Bar (they also carry Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip).  However if the kids lunch smells just too good I crack at the temptation and eat with them…remember I said I am a cheater!!
  • About 2 or 3 PM I have a second glass of Cinch Tea.
  • And after that I eat a regular meal with the family at supper, nothing special for a diet we just make our same old usual meals!  I also snack through the day on muffins ect that I have been making that include yummy new recipes and I sneak Flax Seed in as many of my meals and baking as possible!!
  • Exercise wise I wish I could do more but I walk as much as possible rather than drive (yet hard to do last week in -47C) as well as I made a decision that I needed to walk the bleachers at the hockey rink during every one of my son’s hockey practices.  Again not a super star so have maybe skipped a few but usually cause I am sad that no one will join me for the walk!!  By doign this I found 1.5 hours per week that I can exercise rather than site and gab about things that really do not matter in life!

So that is it, that is what I am doing.  Oh and of course I am taking all my regular nutritional that I was taking before which includes Shaklee Vitalizer, Vitamin D3 & Vivix.  To this point I do not know how much weight I have lost as our dang scale that I just got for my birthday in December is already broken (dang Kids) but I do know how many inches I am at.  I am happy to report that as of today after 3 full weeks on Cinch I have lost a total of 4.5 inches of fat off my body!!  The biggest loss has been from my waist and my thighs!!  Can you belive that, 4.5 inches in 3 weeks by not doign some sort of massive kill myself diet!!

So I am super excited already and I can not wait to watch over the next 9 weeks as I watch even more inches of fat  dissapear and at teh same time retain all my muscle mass so that this weight stays Gone FOREVER!
