Week 10 Cinch Update

Ok I know I have not been very good at giving my updated results of my Inch Loss (I prefer this as my scale is broke and so I don’t know my weight loss).  Since I have had a few people ask me for an update on how it is going I thought I would give you a very quick update.

Please find below a picture of my tracking….you will notice that I am no all star at all and there are a few weeks that are blank because I just simply did not measure that week!  When you look at these numbers I want you to remember that I am not perfect and and SUCK at following any meal plan so I have taken this the very easy way in that I replace when possible two meals per day with either a shake ro a bar and I drink 2 glasses of Energy Tea per day.  Other than that I try to walk when at all possible but that is all for exercise.

I know I could do so much better if I watched more what I eat and snack on and also if I came even close to the recommended daily intake of water!!  However I believe I am what a lot of people are, I am not ready for huge changes that I know I can not stick to but this I could stick too and know I will get long term results even after my 3 months is up!  So have a look at the inches I have lost thus far with only 2 weeks to go on my journey!  I am very proud of knowing that I fit back into all my pre baby clothes and I feel a lot better about myself when I see me in a mirror and that is what I was looking for.  If I can say so myself, I think 9.25 inches off my body in 10 weeks is pretty dang impressive for not trying hard in any way!  Imagine what a person who is serious about loosing weight and inches could do with these products???   Here’s to an amazing final 2 weeks on my very own 12 week challenge!
